Description

A delightful, easy-to-make version of the beloved Starbucks treat, combining the zesty taste of blackberries with creamy coconut milk.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Blackberry juice (Chilled)
  • 1/2 cup Full-fat coconut milk (Well stirred)
  • 1/4 cup Freeze-dried blackberries
  • 1 cup Ice cubes (Optional, for serving)
  • 2 tablespoons Freeze-dried blackberries (Extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Add the freeze-dried blackberries to a large pitcher.
  2. Pour in the chilled blackberry juice until the pitcher is about three-quarters full.
  3. Slowly pour in the coconut milk to create a beautiful cloudy swirl effect.
  4. Gently stir just once or twice to enhance the marble effect.
  5. If desired, fill serving glasses with ice cubes for that extra chill.
  6. Pour the marvelous drink over the ice.
  7. Top each glass with extra freeze-dried blackberries and serve immediately while chilled.

Notes

For added flavor, try muddling fresh blackberries at the bottom of each glass. This drink is best enjoyed fresh but can last up to one day in the fridge.
