- 2 pounds boneless, skinless turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Rinse the turkey breast under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to create a paste.
- Rub the spice mixture generously over the turkey breast.
- Let the turkey marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the turkey in a baking dish and pour chicken broth around it. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the turkey to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
