Description

Delightful roll-up sandwiches filled with deli meats, cheeses, and fresh greens wrapped in tortillas, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 large tortillas or flatbreads
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces sliced deli meats (salami, ham, turkey)
  • 4 ounces sliced provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mixed greens or spinach
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread a layer of creamy cream cheese on each tortilla or flatbread.
  2. Layer with slices of delectable deli meats and cheese.
