  • 8 slices of well-cooked and chopped turkey bacon
  • 1 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salted and roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons monk fruit (or erythritol)

Instructions
