These Marshmallow Brownies combine rich chocolate with fluffy marshmallow for a cozy dessert that delights everyone.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl until creamy and warm. Stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well blended and glossy.
- Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this dry mix to the buttery goodness, stirring just until combined (don’t overmix!). Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in the prepared baking dish, smoothing it into an even layer.
- Dollop marshmallow fluff over this base layer and swirl gently with a knife or spoon.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the marshmallow fluff, covering it completely.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the baking dish before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
Notes
