Description

A delightful salad combining crisp apples, crunchy celery, and sweet grapes, dressed in a creamy coating, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped apples, celery, grapes, and nuts in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Toss apples with extra lemon juice to prevent browning. Can be made a few hours in advance.
