- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix brownie mix, oil, and one egg until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spread the brownie batter into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar, the second egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms to add a pop of color and sweetness.
- Spread the cookie dough mixture over the brownie layer, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, with a few moist crumbs clinging on.
- Allow the pan to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
