- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
- Beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
- Spread the peanut butter mousse over the graham cracker crust, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Heat the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour the ganache over the mousse layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set. Once chilled, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a delightful textural contrast, try adding chopped nuts or crushed pretzels on top. Feel free to customize with flavored whipped cream or a fruity jam swirl.
