Description

A creamy and indulgent no-bake dessert featuring layers of chocolate and peanut butter mousse over a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Spread the peanut butter mousse over the graham cracker crust, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  4. Heat the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour the ganache over the mousse layer.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set. Once chilled, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a delightful textural contrast, try adding chopped nuts or crushed pretzels on top. Feel free to customize with flavored whipped cream or a fruity jam swirl.
