Instructions
- Combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a sturdy crust. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Gradually add the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until creamy.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
