Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a sturdy crust. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Gradually add the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until creamy.
