Description

A creamy and nostalgic no-bake Oreo cheesecake that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo biscuits
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo biscuits in a zip-lock bag or food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
  2. Mix these crumbs with the melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of your serving cups or a pie dish.
  4. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the Oreo base, filling each cup generously.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
  8. Top with extra whipped cream and sprinkle crushed Oreo biscuits before serving.

Notes
