Description

A creamy, no-bake pie with layers of peanut butter mousse and rich chocolate ganache, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat together the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream with the vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Spread the mousse over the prepared crust.
  5. Heat 1 cup of heavy cream until just simmering; pour over the chopped chocolate and let sit.
  6. Stir until smooth and creamy. Pour the ganache over the mousse layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  8. Serve chilled, slice generously, and enjoy!
