A refreshing and fruity twist on classic lemonade infused with vibrant peaches and fresh mint, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 1 recipe Homemade Lemonade (or 8 cups of your favorite lemonade)
- 4–5 peaches
- 1 Tbs fresh mint + more for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare your lemonade according to the directions for homemade lemonade, then set it aside or chill it in the fridge.
- Wash and slice the fresh peaches, removing the pit as you go. Reserve ¼ of the peach slices for the pitcher and garnish later.
- Take the remaining peach slices and add them to a blender along with 1 cup of the prepared lemonade mixture and 1 Tbs of fresh mint. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a pitcher; if you prefer a thinner lemonade, pass it through a fine strainer or sieve to achieve that silky texture.
- Finish your lovely drink by adding the remaining lemonade to the pitcher and stirring gently to combine.
- For a gorgeous presentation, add fresh peach slices and lemon slices to the pitcher. Garnish each glass with fresh mint and peach slices as you serve.
- Optional: Add ice directly to the pitcher or pour the lemonade over cups filled with ice to prevent dilution as you sip.
Notes
For best flavor, prepare the peach puree and lemonade a day ahead. Substitute with agave syrup for a lower-calorie version.
