Description

A refreshing cocktail infused with creamy coconut, juicy pineapple, and zesty lime, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp fine sea salt
  • Zest of ½ lime
  • Ice
  • 1 ½ oz tequila (blanco or reposado)
  • ½ oz coconut liqueur (or Cointreau)
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • ¼½ oz agave syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 1 oz canned coconut milk (or ½ oz coconut cream)
  • Garnish: pineapple wedge, lime slice, pineapple leaf (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your glass by brushing the rim with agave syrup and setting it aside.
  2. Mix together the fine sea salt and lime zest on a small plate.
  3. Dip the rim of the glass into this mixture to coat it beautifully.
  4. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
  5. Add tequila, coconut rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, pineapple juice, agave syrup, and coconut milk to a cocktail shaker.
  6. Shake for a few seconds after adding ice.
  7. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass filled with ice.
  8. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a slice of lime.
  9. Enjoy your deliciously creamy drink!

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace tequila and coconut liqueur with coconut water or sparkling pineapple juice.
