Description

A comforting and delicious Salmon Sushi Bake featuring creamy layers of salmon and crab atop warm sushi rice, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 lb salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 8 oz imitation crab, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Nori sheets (for serving)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the cooked sushi rice evenly at the bottom of a large baking dish.
  4. Layer the flaked salmon and imitation crab over the rice.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously over the seafood layer.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and slightly golden on top.
  8. Serve warm, accompanied by nori sheets for wrapping.

Notes

This dish can be prepared a day in advance. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
