Description

Ingredients

  • Sausage (chicken, turkey, or pork)
  • Bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • Zucchini
  • Corn (fresh or frozen)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Slice the sausage and add it to the skillet, cooking until golden brown.
  4. Add bell peppers, zucchini, and corn to the skillet, stirring everything together.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, if desired.
