Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 810 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup Fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, allowing it to reach that perfect temperature for grilling.
  2. Combine chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers, making sure they are evenly spaced for grilling.
  4. Grill skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and browned.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then stir in minced garlic, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and fresh parsley. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Drizzle garlic butter sauce over the skewers, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes
