  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and garlic in a skillet until the meat is cooked through. Drain the excess grease.
  2. Combine the diced potatoes, cooked beef, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and chili powder in the slow cooker.
