Comforting spaghetti served in warm, crispy garlic bread bowls, perfect for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf of bread (sourdough or Italian)
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the insides to create a bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the garlic oil mixture, then add Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  5. Fill the hollows of the bread bowls with the spaghetti mixture, allowing it to pile high.
  6. Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
