- 1 loaf of bread (sourdough or Italian)
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the insides to create a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti in the garlic oil mixture, then add Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Fill the hollows of the bread bowls with the spaghetti mixture, allowing it to pile high.
- Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
