Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and add it to the marinade, mixing well to coat all pieces. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak and veggies onto the skewers, alternating them for a colorful presentation.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the veggies are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate the steak a day in advance. You can substitute steak with chicken, shrimp, or tofu for a vegetarian option.
