Description

Delicious and customizable steak kabobs, perfect for a cozy gathering or weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and add it to the marinade, mixing well to coat all pieces. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated steak and veggies onto the skewers, alternating them for a colorful presentation.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the veggies are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve hot.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the steak a day in advance. You can substitute steak with chicken, shrimp, or tofu for a vegetarian option.
