- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo Crust: In a medium-sized bowl, crush the Oreo cookies until they resemble coarse crumbs.
- Whip the Cream: In another bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream and beat it on medium speed until it thickens. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing until soft peaks form.
- Layer Up: Begin with a layer of crushed Oreos at the bottom of serving cups, followed by a layer of whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the Layers: Continue layering with Oreos, whipped cream, and strawberries until cups are filled.
- Chill and Serve: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Top with extra strawberries if desired.
Notes
These cups can be made a day in advance for deeper flavor. Use a piping bag for pretty whipped cream presentation.
