Description

A delightful no-bake dessert layered with crushed Oreos, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 1520 cookies, crushed)
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Optional: extra strawberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo Crust: In a medium-sized bowl, crush the Oreo cookies until they resemble coarse crumbs.
  2. Whip the Cream: In another bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream and beat it on medium speed until it thickens. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing until soft peaks form.
  3. Layer Up: Begin with a layer of crushed Oreos at the bottom of serving cups, followed by a layer of whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
  4. Repeat the Layers: Continue layering with Oreos, whipped cream, and strawberries until cups are filled.
  5. Chill and Serve: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Top with extra strawberries if desired.

Notes

These cups can be made a day in advance for deeper flavor. Use a piping bag for pretty whipped cream presentation.
