- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 package (6 oz) strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the crushed pretzels, 1/2 cup of sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let cool completely.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping and spread this creamy mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Combine the sliced strawberries and the remaining 1 cup sugar in a saucepan. Add the strawberry gelatin and mix well. Pour the boiling water over the mixture, stirring until fully dissolved. Allow this to cool until slightly thickened.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate until set, about 120-240 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy the delightful layers with your loved ones.
