- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until moistened. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1 cup of sugar and vanilla, beating until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream until blended.
- Pour the batter over the crust and arrangement the peach slices and berries on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool on a wire rack then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for best results. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to five days.
