- 1/3 cup melted butter

- 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas thoroughly using a fork or a potato masher.
- Add the melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in the baking soda and a pinch of salt into the banana mixture.
- Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring gently until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into a greased 4×8 inch loaf pan.
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 60-65 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove the banana bread from the oven and cool in the pan for a few minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
