Ingredients
- Tortilla wraps
- Ground beef or turkey
- Taco seasoning
- Shredded cheese
- Bell peppers (optional)
- Onion (optional)
- Sour cream (for serving)
- Lettuce (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut tortilla wraps into muffin-sized circles and press them into a greased muffin tin.
- Brown the ground meat in a skillet, adding taco seasoning as per package instructions.
- Add diced bell peppers and onions (if using) to the meat and let them mingle together.
- Spoon the savory meat mixture into the tortilla cups.
- Top generously with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve with sour cream and lettuce.
Notes
Prepare the meat mixture in advance and store in the fridge for up to two days. Use kitchen scissors for easier cutting of tortillas.
