A creamy and refreshing pasta salad that combines classic Greek tzatziki sauce with pasta, perfect for summer picnics and gatherings.

- 8 oz pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, and red onion to the dressing.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
