Description

A creamy and refreshing pasta salad that combines classic Greek tzatziki sauce with pasta, perfect for summer picnics and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Add the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, and red onion to the dressing.
  4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
