A warm, gooey dessert combining the classic flavors of s’mores with chocolate chip cookies, perfect for cozy gatherings.

- 1 cup salted butter
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 2 tbsp heavy cream, room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped Hershey’s milk chocolate bar
- 4 sheets graham crackers, crushed
- 2 sheets graham crackers, broken into bite-size pieces
- 8–10 marshmallows
- Vanilla bean ice cream (for serving)
- Flaky sea salt (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the salted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the avocado oil, brown sugar, and granulated sugar to the skillet, and mix until well combined.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Stir in the eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, chopped Hershey’s chocolate, and crushed graham crackers.
- Spoon the batter into the skillet and press into an even layer.
- Gently fold in the bite-size pieces of graham crackers and marshmallows on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm topped with vanilla bean ice cream and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
